Roland and Edna were a big part of my life school holidays were spent playing with Sue and Joanne and Ian Roland was always ready to play and make ua all laugh I'm lucky to have had him as my uncle

I have such nice memories of Roland, jo and myself became best buddies when we were 17 and I spent many days and nights at their house. Roland would always pick us both up early hours of the morning from night clubs, never complaining of the time or state we were in!!! He always helped everyone, he was that type of guy. He loved Sue and Jo so much and I was envious of the caring relationship they had but so glad they let me in to experience the love they all had. Roland, thank you for giving me such a wonderful best mate , I promise to make sure she is ok.

Great memories of such a lovely man Roland. Growing up and you taking myself and jo iceskating . I was always around your house playing with the Jerbals or Backgammon . Just some of the memories. R.I.P .
